We're really happy to annonce that we're going to kick off the cooking classes at the Le 15 Central Kitchen in the first week of March. To celebrate the lauch, we're going to conduct an International Week where you will learn recipes from all over the world. And just how authentic is it? We've got a Korean chef teaching Korean cooking, a French chef teaching Parisian cooking, and so on.
Here is what we’ve got lined up:
3rd March, 2010: Korean Cooking
5th March, 2010: Parisian Tarts – three types of fillings + more options for you to try!
6th March, 2010: French Home Cooking - Chicken with creamy mustard sauce, Ratatouille, Potato Gratin
7th March, 2010: World breakfast –pancakes, savory crepes, french toast, frittata, salad, smoothie
8th March, 2010: American Cupcakes Galore – vanilla, chocolate and red velvet cupcakes with three types of frosting – buttercream, ganache and cream cheese.
Each class will be held from 10am-1pm and will cost Rs. 2,000 a class with the exception of the cupcake class which is priced at Rs. 1,500. Need an incentive to join the class? Sign up for two classes to get 10% off! E-mail us on le15patisserie@gmail.com if you’re interested.

How can you register?
Send an e-mail to le15patisserie@gmail.com so we we plan out the classes accordingly. Just drop in to the kitchen at 10 am, grab your goody bag and settle in.
What time are the timings?
10:30am-1:30 pm on the above dates.
Where will the classes be held?
Le 15 Central Kitchen, shop 2, B wing, Rajgruha Co-Op, BM Marg, Elphinstone West.
Landmarks:
* 10 minutes walk from Elphinstone Station.
* Immediate left after the India Bulls buliding (if you're coming from Dadar side)
Could you also let me know about other classes being held over the weekends to come?

How many people per batch?
8-10 participants can be accommodated in a batch, so first come, first serve!

I have been trying to look up on the internet and couldn't find much information on the retail point for all the yum goodies you guys prepare. Where is your patisserie located? i would really like to come over and taste some macarons.. i have never tasted them and reading about them all this while is totally tempting me to have some..
Hey there! We're kinda all over the place right now with the big move into our central kitchen next week. The retail store should open shortly thereafter but we will do a macaron tasting day sometime in March. Stay tuned!
