French Cooking Class series + More Cupcakes!

This time we’ve got the class schedule chalked out for the next few weeks, so hopefully this should give you enough time to plan things out!

In addition to the regular classes we’re introducing new classes in the French Cooking series and a class on Fine Dining where you will learn to make and serve an elegant six course dinner. You will learn things from making a bouquet garni to cutting cheese the right way to wowing your guests with crepe suzettes from our French expert chef.

Sunday, 21st March (3:30pm – 6:30pm):
French Home Cooking I (Rs. 2,000)
Ratatouille, chicken in creamy mustard sauce, green salad, potato gratin.

Monday, 22nd March (10:30am – 1:30pm):
Cupcakes (Rs. 1,500)
Vanilla, chocolate and red velvet cupcakes with three types of frostings: chocolate ganache, cream cheese and buttercream.

Sunday, 28th March (3:30pm – 6:30pm):
French Home Cooking II (Rs. 2,000)
French Onion Soup, tarragon chicken, Poilée Parisienne, Poached Pears in red wine.

Sunday, 4th April (3:30pm – 6:30pm):
French Bistro Cooking (Rs. 2,000)
Croque Monsieur, Croque Madame, Niçoise salad, French potato salad with homemade mayo, Savory Crepes

Monday, 5th (10:30am – 1:30pm):
Cupcakes (Rs. 1,500)
Vanilla, chocolate and red velvet cupcakes with three types of frostings: chocolate ganache, cream cheese and buttercream.

Update! Wednesday 7th April (2:00pm - 5:00pm):
Basic Eggless Baking (Rs. 2,000)
Basic sponge cake with chocolate variation, cupcake with buttercream frosting, brownies with variations, butter cookies, chocolate chip cookies.

Update! Saturday, 10th (10:30am - 1:30pm):
Cupcakes (Rs. 1,500)
Vanilla, chocolate and red velvet cupcakes with three types of frostings: chocolate ganache, cream cheese and buttercream.

Sunday, 11th April (1pm – 6pm):
Fine Dining (Rs. 4,500)
Part I: Menu (check back for the detailed menu!)
Amuse Bouche - 1.  Fresh Goat's cheese with honey  2. Tapenade Crostini
Entrée (starter) - 1. Provençal Prawns 2. Vichyssoise Soup
Plat principal (main course) - Chicken in Pepper Sauce with French mashed potatoes and sautéed mushrooms
Fromage (Salad and Cheese) - Mature French cheese and three types of salad
Dessert - Crêpe Suzette
Mignardises (mini sweets) - mini fondant
