For 7 years I have been away from home for Diwali, so this time of the year feels a little odd. The lights, firecrackers and rangolis instinctively put me in holiday mode and remind me of school holidays. Instead, it's anything but a holiday in the kitchen! We've been working extra hard to come up with beautiful and unique diwali gifts, conduct our workshops and constantly stock our new outpost at Good Earth.
For everyone complaining that 5 macaroons were never enough, we now have a beautiful box of 12! Made with the best quality food grade paper this rich, simple and elegant box makes me smile everytime I look at it! Hope you like it as much as I do :)
So for all of you inquiring about the classes, the new schedule is up! We are focusing on the baking this time around. One class that I'm super excited for is our ''Masterchef Australia''. I was sitting with Christina the other day and discussing the show, and we were talking about our favourite episodes. I rambled on about the episode with the 'Caramel Parfait Glace with Salted Peanut Caramel and Milk Chocolate Mousse' and then Christina suggested we should do a little Masterchef class as well! What fun! Have a look at the schedule here .

Speaking of wedding cakes, I highly recommend going out and grabbing the latest copy of Vogue India! Not because I'm featured in it (blush blush), it's just such a complete and thorough guide for anyone planning a wedding, I even bought an extra copy and saved it for a later date :)
Well, that's all from us for this week. We love hearing from all of you, so keep those mails coming in! If you want us to schedule a particular class, do let me know.
Now go buy a cupcake from Goodearth before they are sold out again!
