This is for everyone asking about the new class schedule! Once again, we have a new chef joining our team this month. Chef Varun Sheth was trained at the prestigious Natural Gourmet School in New York City, and further honed his skills at the acclaimed New York City restaurant Lupa, which is owned and run by the world renowned Chef Mario Batali. Back in Mumbai, he owns and runs a gourmet catering company 1tablespoon

After many requests to conduct classes myself again, I will be taking February's very first class and introducing you to my first love: chocolate.
