Passion Fruit Truffle Cake: A Vogue.in exclusive!

If you know me at all, you know my weakness: passion fruit and milk chocolate. It was this combination that actually encouraged me to start Le15 (read about it here!) .
For the last 2 years, I have thoroughly enjoyed using passion fruit in the kitchen…truffles, macarons, cookies, sorbets and much more. When asked by vogue.in to create a recipe for them it was natural that I chose my favourite flavour combination!
A good vanilla sponge, layered with this decadent passion fruit truffle just makes this cake heaven on a plate! I usually only make it for myself, but I think it’s time to share it with you :)
