Aaaaaaah! The new store opens in 2 days and I have butterflies flittering in my stomach *ALL* the time. Thank you all for the amazing loving messages to my last post. So a lot of people have been asking about the new menu and what exactly to expect from Le15 Bandra.
The menu is largely the same but we've added new flavours to everything (the last few months have been bake. taste. dance. run. gym. bake. taste. sleep). My favourites are the passion fruit chocolate tarts, green tea tarts and mint macarons. I was at my brother's restaurant a few days ago and he has this amazing herb garden with an abundance of mint leaves (and lemongrass, let me know if you want some!) I plucked some from there and decided to infuse it in a dark chocolate ganache. So so good!For the first few weeks, there won't be coffee or tea. I am a caffeine addict so I promise to introduce it asap. We have a little seating area, the wi-fi should start working soon and then Le15 can be your own cosy corner in Bandra (yay). I have some fun plans for April. Lots of collaborations with many interesting people (think artisan bread, honey, cheese, tea, coffee and chocolate!)
